Adel joined Rhodes+Brito in 2012. Given his demonstrated ability to lead teams, in 2017, he was promoted to Principal. His enthusiasm for project management and design creates a collaborative environment within the studio environment. He is a registered architect, NCARB certified, a LEED BD+C Accredited Professional, and Project Management Professional (PMP). Adel is a REVIT enthusiast with an impressive ability to bring projects to life.

Adel was born to be an Architect! Coming from a long line of architects – both parents, both siblings, several uncles and cousins as well all being architects – he received his bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Cairo University in Egypt. (No wonder he’s an architect!) He then went on to receive a Master’s in Interior Design from the University of Florida. As Studio Director, Adel ensures consistent quality by continuously looking for ways to improve design and service. This can only happen by listening to clients and each other and learning from experiences and new industry advancements. A true mentor, Adel can create enthusiasm for learning within the Rhodes+Brito studio environment and inside the classroom. Currently, he is an ACE Central Florida Board Member and Mentor helping high school students learn about the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering Industry. Adel is married to his beautiful wife Rania, to whom he owes a lot. They have three wonderful children. When he’s not
working, you can see him out for a run and playing or watching soccer. In 2022 Adel joined the ranks with Ruffin and Max as partner.
