Rhodes+Brito Designs Art² Park

We’re proud to announce that we’re the architectural design team behind Art² Park — a bold new mixed-use urban park in the heart of downtown Orlando.

Located at the southwest corner of Orange Ave. and Robinson St., Art² Park serves as a vibrant public destination featuring a two-story container structure with a café, art gallery, stage, seating areas, and more. 

This innovative park includes audiovisual installations, green space for community engagement, a designated food truck area, and a downtown gateway feature — all designed to foster creativity and connection for Downtown residents and visitors.

The project showcases the creative adaptive reuse of shipping containers, transforming them into dynamic, community-centered hubs that merge industrial design with Orlando’s artistic spirit. 

By incorporating recycled materials, insulated metal panels, and energy-efficient features, Art² Park promotes sustainability while maintaining a modern industrial aesthetic – something we’re passionate about here at Rhodes+Brito.

With its open-air courtyard, second-level terrace, and shaded gathering areas, Art² Park encourages seamless indoor-outdoor experiences and urban activation — creating a space where art, community, and architecture meet.

We’re excited to see this unique project come to life and contribute to Orlando’s growing downtown landscape.
