Project Overview
Rhodes+Brito Architects provided complete design drawings, specifications, Interior Design, and Structural Interior. The general design requirements associated with this project included the construction of three duplex recreation lodges east of State Rd. (SR) A1A along the Atlantic Ocean at Patrick AFB.
Each duplex building consists of two, 2-bedroom, 2-bath units at 1,400 gross square feet of space per unit and additional square footage of covered porch / outdoor deck area per unit to maximize recreational aspects of beach cottages. For a total of 6 new recreation lodge units.
