Project Overview

Orlando Lutheran Towers is an Independent/Assisted Living Facility located on the east side of Church Street in downtown Orlando. The building is an 18 story high-rise with approximately 300,000 sq. ft. of space. The $2.2 million project consisted of a complete demolition of over 10,000 sq. ft. of space which was reconfigured to include medical offices, event planning Dept., Windsor Administration Suite, Resident Services Suite, training room, 2,750 SF Multipurpose Hall with food staging area, massage therapy room and reconfigured restrooms and support spaces. Being completely below grade, the project also included an extensive waterproofing effort to deal with water intrusion problems at the walls and floors. Energy efficient Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were also incorporated in the design.
