Orlando Lutheran Towers

Orlando Lutheran Towers is an Independent/Assisted Living Facility located on the east side of Church Street in downtown Orlando. The building is an 18 story high-rise with approximately 300,000 sq. ft. of space. The $2.3 million project consisted of a phased renovation of over 10,000 sq. ft. of space in a 3 year timespan. The project included a renovated main lobby, dining room, lounge, retail space, marketing office suite and beauty salon. A comprehensive interiors package as well as energy efficient mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were also incorporated in the design. There was also a limited amount of exterior envelope improvements made in the dining and lounge spaces.
