Project Overview

Ground Transportation Facility (GTF) part of the South Terminal C (STC) PHASE I, Orlando, FL, Rhodes+Brito was part of the team for the South Terminal C project and Ground Transportation Facility (GTF) to provide design services for the Pedestrian Bridge connection from the APM to Landside, in addition to the connection from the Pedestrian Bridge to the Garage / RAC.

Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, BP-369 & 370 Airsides 1 & 3 Rehabilitation Rhodes+Brito was part of the team for the 660,000-square-foot renovation and expansion of the Airside 1 & 3 terminal buildings. The primary purpose of the $187 million project was to bring AS1 & 3 up to equal level of finish as AS 2 & 4, and repair damages sustained during the 2004 hurricane season. The project renovated and updated the existing facilities to match the two newer (Airside 2 & 4) terminals, and expanded the central hub to create a larger space for concessions and circulation. Rhodes+Brito was the architect of record for the renovation of the wings in the Airside 1 terminal building. (2007-2009)
