Orlando International Airport – Check Point Charlie

Rhodes+Brito were selected for the development of design and construction documents as the Architect of Record for the 1,344 SF single story building Checkpoint. CPC provides vehicular access to both the Orlando International Airport AOA area and secure access area to the main Terminal Complex & Airsides. There are Six (6) covered vehicular access lanes that will provide both digitally scanning via a Under Vehicular Camera system and manually scanning. The access roads are protected with M50 Security rated vehicular crash gates. It is be staffed with 6-8 TSA grade personal. All non-employee visitors are required to leave their vehicle, enter the building, and go through security screening equipment inside the building.
