Nemours Fourth Floor Lake Nona Town Center Office Project

After the successful completion of the Third Floor of theNemours Admin space, Rhodes+Brito Architects were hired again to work on the Fourth-Floor renovation. The Fourth Floor was initially designed with a 1,000 sq ft conference room, 566,sqft breakroom room and a future expansion of 4,500 sqft office space. The scope of this project was to provide administrative office space in the future expansion space of 4,500 sqft. The Future expansion space included 54 workstations, 1 small conference room and 3 shared offices.
