Haines City Lake Eva Event Center

Rhodes+Brito Architects were retained to design the BanquetHall in the Lake Eva Community Park area for the City of HainesCity. This 23,000-square-foot building maintains the residential and traditional context of the neighborhood and provides a template for future growth for the Lake Eva Community and downtown area.

The Multifunction Hall is serviced by an adjacent kitchen that can accommodate multiple caterers for simultaneous functions.

An additional breakout room and office space is also provided for the owner’s business and overflow space needs. Among the many architectural features is a sweeping outdoor canopy enhances the building’s entrance and brings a human scale down to the streetscape. Rhodes + Brito Architects provided conceptual design, and conducted a review with the City of Haines CityCRA Board where the final design was enthusiastically received.Rhodes+Brito was contracted to provide the design, construction documents, and construction administration for the project.
