Dover Shores Elementary School

Dover Shores ES Comprehensive project consists of remodeling/replacing existing buildings to provide improved facilities,which meet Orange County Public School’s Design Criteria, Design Standards and assigned educational program requirements. All identified life safety, fire, accessibility code deficiencies, and ongoing maintenance issues shall be corrected. Construction of a new multi story prototype school building, approximately 89,000 gross square feet, with the following spaces: classrooms, skills resource labs, art, music, administration, kitchen, dining/multi-purpose room, media center with testing room, and support spaces. Remodel existing Building 10 (classrooms and skills labs), approximately 10,613 SF.
